Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier to deliver packages. However, at times we may use another carrier. Once your payment is verified, it can take 1-2 business days for your order to ship, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipping carrier has marked your package as accepted or delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier to file an inquiry/claim.

Important Note:

Shipping cost is non-refundable

Orders will not be processed if the billing address and shipping address DO NOT match.

Orders CAN NOT be modified after being processed.
